sumsum's finally back!and when she's back we take many many pictures :)
but facebook is making me lazy to upload photos here, so the rest are up over there..
this is our quest for cheap-and-'lousy' food day..
other than the fact that the weather was freaking hot (we decided to abandon chinatown after awhile and went to clarke quay for aircon), and i was sweaty and gross, the food was good...
we discovered that sumsum loves satay alot! shocking, cos they were black, brown and chao ta, and sumsum dont like 'black' food...
i guess being away can really make you miss local fare..
and this was with some vj classmates at a very cheap sushi place where we ate 31 plates of sushi..
ok, actually i only contributed to 5 of those plates.. but the guys ate damn alot!
finally with cousin lynette whom i havent seen for a really really long time!
she came to visit when i was at my aunt's place :)

elise made me try the grossest drink ever at starbucks, yet she claims that its irresistibly sour-ish and insanely delicious!but other than that, our trip turned out to be rather rewarding cos we managed to come up with a long list of things to do when sumsum comes back..
and i bet if we go back there again, we will land up eating at sushi tei..

terribly bored now cos i'm at my aunt's house to take care of my grandma..
but there isnt anything for me to do, she's asleep and i cant communicate with the maid.. half the time i cannot make out what she's trying to say..
so i'm just passing my time with my laptop and by watching wheel of fortune on tv..
anyway, ecp later with elise!
but no no, we are not going there to suntan/swim/cycle (i'm not exactly a sun+sea+sand person), just for dinner..
cos we decided that for a change, we shouldnt go town and try somewhere more 'exotic'..
the other day jaslyn and i had a great HTHT (that's what she calls it)..
it's nice that after all these years we still share such a close relationship :)
i said funny face! but she looks as though she's in pain here..but still cute lar..
so ok, since funny face failed, then normal face..
looking forward to more HTHTs with you soon!

SATC was good, i could watch it all over again :)
samantha's so damn funny and charlotte's super bimbotic..
the 1 hour queues at prada and miumiu turned out to be quite interesting cos i saw a______ and p________
and got entertained by the auntie in front of me who couldnt stop complaining at how slow they were in letting people into the store and at how the people inside were taking their own sweet time to buy stuff..
somehow i have an afinity with aunties these days..

work has been okay so far..
although it's quite tiring i must say..
i've to stand for v long hours and scooping icecream isnt as easy as it seems!
need quite a lot of strength eh!
and i realised i'm so not a sport shoe person..
i feel damn frumpy wearing them to work :(
it's probably the only time you will see me in them, besides when i had to wear them to school last time..
